1) How can I order?
Figure out which items you wish to order. Send to us an e-mail
including the following information:
a. Your Company name, Address, Phone, and Fax number. Business license number
(California companies must also print out, fill out and fax to us the RESALE
CERTIFICATE in order to prevent having to pay sales tax). Also include Owners
name and contact persons name.
b. Which items you wish to purchase (Note minimums for each item and total
order minimums).
c. A representative will be in touch with you to work out payment options and
inform you of ship date.

2) What are my minimums?
We are wholesalers, therefore we require a minimum order of $150 and each
item will have a minimum of one case. Cases cannot be broken up.
Individual units cannot be shipped.
3)What are your terms?
Terms are prepaid. Payment can be via company/personal check (allow 5
days for regular checks to clear), Cashier check (allow 2 days), Credit card
(Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express). For credit card payments
the CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION sheet must be filled out and faxed.

4) How can I get Net 30 day terms?
Due to extremely low margins in the General Merchandize Credit is rarely
extended. The requirement for credit are:
a) At least three prior purchases.
b) A filled out CREDIT REQUEST sheet. Which requires the following at
least 4 business references, bank reference including contact persons, Owner
information, and personal guarantee. This must be signed and faxed to
Level. The original copy must be mailed prior to order being shipped.
NOTE: Credit approval is under the sole discretion of Level Enterprises,
Inc., the above terms, requirements are subject to change, without any prior
notice, at Levels sole discretion.
Credit terms can also be withdrawn at Levels sole discretion.

Privacy

But,
in a nutshell you should note that we will NOT sell or share your e-mail address
to any third party. We will also not contact you unless you have asked us
to do so. Your e-mail address is used only to create a File Cabinet or
Folder. These folders are saved in your hard drive (see cookies below) for
90 days and then discarded.
With
a creation of a file cabinet or folder a cookie will be placed within your
computer to identify you when you next access the website. This saves you
time as to loging in and brings out any other saved information. Note that
this cookie will not access or withdraw any information from your hard drive
unless it deals exclusively with this website.

What
is the shipping point? And other shipping questions.
All
items are shipped from Los Angeles, CA (FOB point). All orders will be shipped
via UPS ground unless otherwise requested by you. Factory has capabilities
to ship via UPS (air or ground), Fedex (air or ground) and various common
carriers (Container or LTL) for large orders. No US Mail parcel post
shipment requests will be accepted.
All
special instructions for shipping and/or labeling must be provided in writing at
the time order is placed.
Freight
charges are estimated for ground shipments to be about 5% to 10% of total cost
of order. Depends on weight and distance from Los Angeles, California.
