USER AGREEMENT AND TERMS

All references to Level, Factory, www.levelent.com and site refer to the creator of this site Level Enterprises, Inc., Vernon, CA.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE:

All orders are binding upon the factory only after acceptance by factory.

FACTORY CHANGES:

Prices, terms and conditions, items and colors are subject to change without notice.

FOB: Los Angeles, CA.  Large orders (container or more) can be shipped directly from source with Level approval.

FREIGHT CHARGES are estimated for ground shipments to be about 5% to 10% of total cost of order.  Depends on weight and distance from Los Angeles, California.  This is just an estimation.  Level, its employees and independent third parties associated with Level are not to be held accountable for any freight charges above and beyond the above stated percentages.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Logos and other imprints shown in this website are for illustrative purposes only.  They do not imply endorsement, nor are any items with these specific logos for sale to anyone other than parties expressly authorized by the owner of such designs.  Product colors shown throughout this catalog may vary slightly from actual products due to inherent limitations in photography, film separations, publishing (electronic or otherwise), plastic molding and etc…

AUTHORIZATION AND INDEMNIFICATION:

By placing an order with factory and/or one of its suppliers/distributors, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase and distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights, etc. identified in your order.  You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless factory and its affiliates and representatives, from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to and actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other propriety right of such merchandise.  The provisions will remain in effect after delivery of your order.

Factory may revise these terms and conditions from time to time by updating this posting.
